Good list, I've heard the hobbit is an awesome experience, and the melting pot is just about our favorite restaurant. I would also add to the list The Stone Creek Grill in (I think Dana Point). Try the bacon wrapped shrimp!

simplynutty - Thanks for pointing out the issue with the link. They both definitely should be on the list... but when you are limiting the list to just 12, you gotta pick & choose and i wanted to have ALL of OC represented.
