8) Old Navy (I don't have a favorite location, so suggestions are welcome)

11) Kohl's (My girlfriend claims she can clothe her whole family for twenty dollars at Kohl's)

Love this list! I love Old Navy in Orange, Kohls, Gymbo at the Brea Mall(good clearance stuff), Target in Anaheim Hills- (found the cutest shirts for $1 last week) and I also love Newport Kids in Costa Mesa/NB for Upscale Resale!
The old Navy in Mission Viejo Mall is really big!
gymboree is having an amazing sale right now. almost all their fall clothes are $20 and under, and you can get a 20% off your entire purchase coupon in the august parents magazine. i think good housekeeping might have one,too. the parents one is on an insert with a tide detergent coupon. we were just at the spectrum and picked up a few things at old navy - they have a nice big location there.
The Red Balloon Warehouse is my FAVORITE! I also love Baby Babaloo in Mission Viejo, and their sale rack is stuffed:)
