Paradise Bakery

Paradise Bakery is my favorite stop in the food court. They have great sandwiches and salads, even better than their food items are their cookies. I LOVE their cookies. My favorites alternate between the black and white chippers and the coconut chocolate chip cookie. There are two paradise locations in Orange County, one in Santa Ana and the other in Mission Viejo (check the website for details).

Just in case you are not close to a paradise bakery, you can have the whole cookie experience at home thanks to Picky Palate. I made a batch of the Chewy White Chocolate, Chocolate Cookie for my family and we loved them. They are exactly like their black and white chippers, except I made them bigger. Enjoy!

Tustin Nail Spa

Flipping through summer vacation photos I came across this picture of my sandy feet. I know, I know, my feet aren't exactly "pretty", but my nails sure were. Which lead me look at my toes today... & I'm embarrassed to admit that there are looking pretty sad. I guess that means it's time to get my nails done, so I'm heading over to the Tustin Nail Spa in Orange. I'm sure there are lots of fabulous nail salons here in the OC, but the Tustin Nail Spa is definitely my top choice. (They were even featured on the MyFoxLA's Hot List this past year!) My favorite treatment? The Deluxe Pedicure. You get your basic spa pedicure plus a callus treatment, exfoliating massage with sea salt & body scrub, a mask or paraffin dip, cooking gel, cucumber heel therapy & a 10 minute massage (they actually set a timer, so you know you're getting your full 10 minutes!). All for just $32! Anyway, if you are in the Orange area, check out the Tustin Nail Spa & be sure to check our their latest coupons HERE.
